Voice Actor - French Speakers (AI Training)

About the Role

What if your voice could directly shape how AI speaks to millions of French speakers around the world? We're looking for professional French-speaking voice actors and voice-over artists to record high-quality vocal samples and evaluate AI-generated speech - helping frontier AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and authentically human.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed - just a trained voice, a command of French, and a passion for delivering exceptional audio.

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality French voice samples from provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve AI-generated speech quality
• Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and authentic, natural delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Fluent in French with a strong, confident vocal presence
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, broadcasting, or similar fields
• Owner of a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Skilled at delivering clear, expressive, and engaging performances across different tones and styles
• Detail-oriented when it comes to assessing pronunciation, tone, pacing, and vocal clarity

Nice to Have

• Experience recording for e-learning, advertising, animation, or documentary projects
• Knowledge of French regional accents or dialectal variations
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or digital audio workstations (DAWs)
• Background in linguistics, performing arts, or communications
