Your Role:
In the heart of our mission, our Dietary Aides play a vital role in supporting meal service and ensuring residents receive nutritious, appealing meals in a clean and welcoming environment. The Stellar way is characterized by kindness, teamwork, and respect for the dignity and preferences of our cherished residents. Your duties will include:
- Assist with Meal Preparation and Food Assembly
- Serve Meals and Beverages to Residents in a Friendly and Respectful Manner
- Ensure Residents Receive Correct Diets According to Dietary Restrictions and Preferences
- Maintain Cleanliness and Sanitation of Dining Areas, Kitchen, and Equipment
- Wash Dishes, Utensils, and Kitchen Equipment Following Proper Procedures
- Stock and Organize Food and Supplies
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to Residents, Families, and Team Members
Qualifications:
- Previous Experience in Food Service or Healthcare Preferred but Not Required
- Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation Practices is a Plus
- Can-Do Attitude with a Willingness to Learn
- Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently
- A Genuine Love for Seniors and Serving Others
