* Maintain a professional and helpful attitude while working remotely.
## Requirements
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic computer and internet skills.
* Ability to work independently from home.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
* Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
* Previous customer service experience is a plus, but training may be provided for qualified candidates.
## Schedule
* Full-time, Monday–Friday.
